MANILA, Philippines - Spanish journalist and writer Jose “Pepe” Rodriguez (left) author of Front Pages of Philippine History, is joined by Jose Ramon Onega, director of Casa de Galicia in Madrid; Alfonso Palomares, former president of the Spanish International News Agency (EFE); and Carlos G.
