Amelia Medina Davies at Galeria de las Islas

MANILA, Philippines - Amelia Medina Davies mounts her second solo exhibit, which opens on Feb. 16, 4:30 p.m., at the Galeria de las Islas, third floor, Silahis Center, Gen. Luna St., Intramuros. 

Amelia Medina Davies is a self-taught artist who is challenged by the human form — its expressions and intricate postures. She is constantly honing her craft by elevating her vision of capturing the true essence of the human portrait. Portraits from her last show in Shangri-La Plaza, EDSA were warmly received and were sold out.

Cheche Lazaro is the guest of honor on opening day. The show is on view until Feb. 25.
