Kusama Lecture at Ayala Museum

MANILA, Philippines - The Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM)  in cooperation with The Ayala Museum  presents a Kusama lecture by Akira Tatehata on Aug. 10, 4 p.m. at the Ground Floor Lobby of the Ayala Museum. Tatehata is a well-known art critic and curator in Japan on the works of Yayoi Kusama.  He is the president of the Kyoto City University of Arts and the director of the Museum of Modern Art in Saitama. The lecture is part of the “I Love Kusama” exhibition on view at the Ground Floor Gallery and Third Floor Glass Lane of the Ayala Museum until Sept. 1.  The exhibition is part of the celebration of the 40th Year of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation.
