Cebulski will be in Manila to look for undiscovered talents to follow in the footsteps of Filipino artists Leinil Yu and Carlo Pagulayan. “Be The Next Comic Marvel” calls for aspiring pencilers, cover artists, inkers, and colorists to get a chance to have their portfolios reviewed by CB Cebulski.
