MANILA, Philippines - The 39th Hong Kong Arts Festival (HKAF) was launched recently at the Kowloon Walled City Park, and one of its anticipated programs is a large-scale outdoor art installation billed as “Power Plant.” “Power Plant” is an adventure of different sensations of illuminations, sounds and visual images. With 500 audiences in its premier in Oxford, the programs had enthralled 700,000 art lovers in Edinburgh Art Festival.
