Mikko Sison at Blanc Makati

Miguel Augusto “Mikko” Sison walks viewers through areas of his sanctuary, the silent witness to this process of catharsis, in “3 Hours to Midnight” which opens today at Blanc Makati, Crown Tower, 107 H.V. dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City. The show runs until Aug. 7.

The canvases mirror Sison’s interiors in spontaneous brushwork. The rooms, sections, features and aspects of his home are portrayed and rendered in a brightly hued palette. The crimson representations are the transference of his thoughts and sentiments at that moment…in that space.
