Hong Kong Disneyland auditions for vocalists and dancers

MANILA, Philippines - An international casting team from Walt Disney Entertainment will conduct auditions for vocalists on July 16, starting at 10 a.m., at The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab in Robinsons Galleria, EDSA corner Ortigas Ave.

There will also be auditions for dancers on July 17, 9 a.m., at the Halili-Cruz School of Ballet, 1227 Quezon Ave, Quezon City.

Applicants for both vocalist and dancer auditions must be at least 18 years old.

Vocalists should bring sheet music of two contrasting song selections. An accompanist will be provided at the venue. Pre-recorded accompaniments in any format and a cappella singing are not allowed. Dancers should wear appropriate dance attire. Applicants will be taught a dance combination during the audition.

Successful applicants will be deployed in Hong Kong Disneyland. Cayabyab is proud of the growing presence of Filipino artists in the theme park. He says, “This indicates a high level of confidence of Disney casting representatives in the Filipino talent.”
