Experience Filipino fiestas at Museo Pambata
MANILA, Philippines - On all Fridays of May, Museo Pambata visitors can learn how to make products and delicacies from Laguna, Bulacan and Bacolod.
They can create Paete’s famous papier-mâché horses called taka, and summer favorite halo-halo on May 22 as Fiesta sa Museo features the province of Laguna. They can make masks worthy to be paraded in Bacolod’s Masskara Festival on May 29.
All workshops will be held every 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Entrance to the bahay-na-bato is free with museum admission (P100) while participation to the workshop is an additional P30. Fiesta sa Museum will run until May 31.
