Karimadon opens first store in Mindanao
Karimadon, Manila’s dynamic and affordable brand of ready-to-wear fashion for women, opened its first store in Mindanao at SM CDO Downtown Premier.
Led by the creative and talented Karimadon founders Richard and Josie Go, the clothing boutique has been a trailblazer in fashion retail and has been a sought-after fashion brand for women for its gowns, bags and accessories.
Karimadon Cagayan de Oro franchisees Neil and Camille Makasiar were present at the much-awaited opening to welcome the city’s most avid fashion enthusiasts.

A magnificent night in Monte Carlo
An evening of golden glamour and unforgettable luster took place at Jewelmer’s exclusive gala dinner at the opulent Hôtel Hermitage Monte Carlo in Monaco where it forged a partnership with local jeweler Ysagem’s.
Led by remarkable businessmen group chairman Manuel Cojuangco and group president and CEO Jacques Branellec, Jewelmer first held the international Philippine South Sea pearl exhibit in Monaco with Prince Rainier, Prince Albert and Professor Doumenge in 1989. Twenty years later, the iconic South Sea pearl was once again celebrated in Monaco as Jewelmer EVP and deputy CEO Jacques Christophe Branellec held a pearl talk that focused on the brand’s rich heritage, sustainable vision, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Jewelmer with its partner retailer Ysagem’s owner Isabelle Seboul hosted the lavish dinner. Monaco’s pearl and jewelry enthusiasts enjoyed marveling at the luxury brand’s magnificent creations as they were welcomed at the elegant Salon Auguste.
