Rios added that aside from Strip Mall that will soon rise beside The Avenue Residences, more Landgroup towers are seen to change the mid-rise low-density condo landscape of Quezon City. The upcoming avant-garde master-planned Strip Mall will have coffee shops, restaurants, salon and quick shopping essentials among others.
The Avenue Residences rests on a 1.5-hectare property with a 60-percent open space.
