It was a “grand†tour indeed as a veritable “who’s who†of the banking, hospitality, legal and business sectors of the Philippines were ushered into the newly opened showrooms of the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences, a high-rise, ultra-luxurious condo to be built at Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
The five-star hotel-branded condominium is part of a two-tower development, right next to the soon-to-rise Grand Hyatt Manila office and hotel tower. Both structures are being developed by Bonifacio Landmark Realty and Development Corp., a joint venture of Federal Land Inc. and Orix Corp. of Japan.
The project will be a splendid collaboration of icons in their own fields: Federal Land Inc. chairman Dr. George SK Ty, Bonifacio Landmark Realty and Development Corp. chairman and Federal Land Inc. president Alfred Ty, Japanese financial services group Orix Corp. and the brilliant team from Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corp., and world-renowned interior designer Robert Bilkey, president of Bilkey Llinas Design Ltd. in Florida, USA.
Seen at the event were notable gentlemen such as SGV & Co. founder and Metrobank Foundation Inc. senior adviser Washington SyCip, Metrobank Foundation Inc. board of advisers chairman Artemio Panganiban and his charming wife Leni, Metrobank Foundation Inc. president Chito Sobrepeña and senior adviser Antonio Abacan Jr.
Karylle enthralled the audience with her lovely voice. Some lucky guests had the first crack at investing in one of the best real estate ventures.
