MANILA, Philippines - The Marina Bay Cruise Center in Singapore is home to the Voyager of the Seas and is the embarkation dock closest to the Philippines (Note: The three-hour trip from Manila to Singapore on Singapore Airlines is an easy, stress-free flight.).
