A birthday party for Lolong

Celebrating his natal day at the Manila Polo Club recently was the legal luminary Manuel “Lolong” Lazaro. Currently the chairman and CEO of the Philippine Constitution Association (Philconsa), Lolong, with his loving wife, Rose, and children, entertained his close friends and long-time associates and colleagues in the legal profession. Among his guests were Dr. Placido Mapa Jr., Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim, Tonyboy Cojuangco, Manila Golf and Country Club special board adviser Macario Te, retired Ombudsman Aniano Desierto, Sen. Bongbong Marcos, Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos and Philconsa president and Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez.
