The enchanting world of Galadria
“Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort.” — Franklin Roosevelt
Brilliant Filipino novelist Miguel Lopez De Leon, who lives in Los Angeles, has made waves in the international literary scene with his award-winning short stories and poetry, many of which have been published in literary magazines and book anthologies in the United States. Recently, Miguel was in the country for the debut of his new book Galadria: Peter Huddleston & The Rites of Passage, the first release of his new fantasy trilogy Galadria, which became a best seller on Amazon in its first week of publication. Touted by some to be the next Harry Potter, the novel was published by the US-based Moonshadow Press, an imprint of Wakestone Press. Held at the Lopezes’ elegant Forbes Park Residence, the book launch was attended by well-known personalities in the social, business and art communities. The author’s ever supportive mom Marybeth de Leon couldn’t be more proud of her son’s remarkable achievement and continuously flourishing literary career.
Congratulations Miguel, till your next masterpiece!
