Celebrating 45 years of wedded bliss
“A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.” — Mignon McLaughlin
With continuous trust, respect and love for one another, prominent society couple — dashing Zambia Consul Louie Ablaza and sophisticated wife Guatemala Consul Mellie Ablaza — recently celebrated 45 years of wedded bliss. They have passed the test of time and their formula for a lasting marriage is something they can pass on to their beautiful children Marc with wife Tessa, Junjun, Czarina with husband Joey, and their adorable grandchildren Xavier, Santiago, Rocio, Alfonso, Agu, Amanu, Azi and Azia. The couple celebrated their milestone with an elegant black tie affair at their opulent home in Makati. Well-heeled guests and specially-invited couples were treated to an elegant sit-down dinner replete with great food and premium wines. World-class tenor Lorenzo kept the romance alive throughout the evening as he regaled everyone with his heartfelt classical songs. It was indeed a joyful occasion to remember!
Like Louie and Mellie, may more couples experience their own years of togetherness!
