MANILA, Philippines - Say shoes, and expect a barrage of foot-fetish fashionmongers widening their eyes in exaltation and with affection. With left and right parties to attend during the holiday season, everyone needs a dependable pair of footwear that will complete the outfit and delight its wearer. It’s no denying that women (and perhaps men) have special affinity with their shoes.
