A festive affair to remember

A joyous season’s celebration was held at the prestigious Tivoli Restaurant of the multi-Kalakbay awardee Mandarin Oriental Manila by the Johann Strauss Society of the Philippines (JSSP). An exquisite musical performance by soprano Elaine Lee and tenor Sherwin Sozon as directed by the hotel’s most gracious GM and JSSP VP, Helmut Gaisberger, showcased unforgettable Christmas classics and carols. Guests, including Ambassador Herbert Jaeger of Austria and Martina Corrado as well as JSSP president Consul Fortune Ledesma of Monaco, enjoyed a special four-course Austrian dinner specially prepared by the impressive chefs of the hotel. It was a truly beautiful soiree full of warmth and holiday cheer and a most successful event long to be remembered.

The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) event was recently held at the Dusit Hotel Nikko’s exquisite Grand Ballroom. This significant awards night recognizes the achievements of women in society and government.
