Intensify a gems beauty

Everyone wants to be attractive, this is a given. This is why adornment has been one of man and womans ardent pursuit since antiquity. Through time, color was applied on skin, fabric draped over bodies and gemstones hung from all parts of the body. But ancient man already knew a secret that until today lives. Gems, precious stones and minerals of the earth are like the Earth: alive and powerful with transformative energies. Gems were incorporated into rites, in ritual wear and power objects. From the lapis lazuli stones on the pharaohs crowns, to the amethyst in the popes scepter, or diamonds and rubies on royaltys crowns, stones defined prestige. But I believe that they were put there too not only for the physical beauty but the power they gave.
But it is not just the precious stones (DIAMONDS that dispel negativity, enhances purity and power of other stones, enhances brain functions; RUBIES, for love, the heart and revitalizes blood while refining lower passions; EMERALDS for enhancement of dreams, insights, prosperity and healing) that are well-loved but semiprecious stones, too, make their defining mark in fashion. Todays fashion is partially defined by the accessories we wear.
Bling-blings abound and we love them. But would it not be wonderful if we can look beautiful using them, and know that these are actually enhancing other parts of us unseen: namely, the energy force inside and around our physical body. These gems and crystals have unseen influence on our mental, emotional and etheric fields. They are wonderful tools of transformation.
Okay so we know the more popular meanings aligned to stones such as ROSE QUARTZ for love, JADE for prosperity, AVENTURINE for luck, AMETHYST for spirituality... but there is actually more to these stones. ROSE QUARTZ for example brings forth a deeper self-love that heals broken heart and a higher love called compassion; JADE is not just about money, money, money, but the stone also brings clarity and is a powerful emotional balancer; while AMETHYST is a transformer and regenerator that helps one cut through illusions which is why it is perfect as a meditation stone or to have near your bed to sleep deeply.
Less popular stones that are available and not too expensive include: MOONSTONE, helps develop intuition and aids in the birthing process yes pregnant women should wear them; TIGERS EYE for grounding, centering and enhancing personal power; TOPAZ for creativity, self-expression and emotional balancer; TURQUOISE for creativity, peace of mind, protection; TOURMALINE of all colors for sensitivity, a powerful healing tool because of its being highly electromagnetic; CARNELIAN that opens the heart to trust again and facilitates concentration; AMBER, also called the witchs stone since it is said to enhance second sight, is also electrically alive with solidified golden light and spiritualizes the intellect.
Knowing which of these stones to use, while enjoying their beauty is something you can maximize to enhance your life. Sometimes there are specific stones that call to us or we get attracted to again and again... favorites that we not only love for their physical beauty but for some intangible energy attached to this. When this happens, then you and that stone/gem are connected and there is something you resonate with or need in the gem.
Gemstones and crystals, however, lose their potency and power when they have holes or are "pierced through." We must know, too, that such crystals and gems represent the solidified part of that which is always available within ourselves, and that these tools can be used to help us get closer to our goals.
Gems are "solid friends" and objects of beauty that can help us along our way to our goal: to heal towards wholeness, to harmonize with ourselves and our world, and yes, to transform... despite the bling-blings.
