A grand, grand night in Libis

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton -
"Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibility.

In the final analysis, the one quality that all successful people have is the ability to take on responsibility." – Michael Korda

It was a memorable evening in Libis, Quezon City as Wilcon Builder’s Depot, the country’s leader in homebuilding depots, featured the new designs of their top brands: American brand Kohler, Italian tiles Novabell, Saime, Isla, Campani and Candia; and Spanish tiles Rocersa, Grespania, Keros, Tesany, Baldocer and Alcalagres.

Indefatigable Wilcon president William Belo and his lovely daughter VP comptroller Lorraine, assisted by hardworking EVP for marketing Rose Bosch Ong, welcomed everyone to the classy display showcases of the extremely spacious Wilcon Depot. Guests of honor Italian Trade Commissioner Dr. Giacomo Nicastro, US Embassy Counselor for Commercial Affairs Judy Reinke, Spanish Embassy Commercial Counselor Sr. Jose Miguel Cortes, philanthropist Baby Arenas, Kohler Asia managing director Stella Lee, Philippine Institute of Interior Designers president Gerry Contreras, Philippine Institute of Architects president Angelito Antonio and United Architects of the Philippines VP Medeliano Roldan led the ribbon-cutting ceremonies. Your columnist acted as the master of ceremonies for the event.

Top businessmen, executives, architects, interior designers and members of Manila’s social elite attended the lovely evening and they marveled at the elegant showcases of Kohler, Spanish and Italian tiles. Everyone was in jolly spirits as they mingled with each other and enjoyed the evening’s entertainment by talented singer Jonathan Badon and lithe flamenco dancer Maritzi Aquino.

Congratulations for such a spectacular event! See you at Wilcon!
