Music icon and top entrepreneur Ramon "RJ" Jacinto outdid himself with a successful concert with the Manila Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Professor Tito Molina. No less than President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo herself attended the prestigious event at the Insular Life Auditorium in Ayala, Alabang. As the evening unfolded, the country’s top guitarman showed his versatility – he seamlessly performed instrumental hits, sentimental romantic ballads and energetic rock and roll. Everybody stood up and boogied to the music as RJ had to perform two encores due to the audience’s insistence!

Le Souffle restaurant-wine bar presents an art exhibit by Baguio-based artists, the Pinder Twins Azra and Samantha and upcoming talented artist Ab Paredes. The event will be graced by British Ambassador to the Philippines Peter Beckingham and his lovely wife Jill. Cocktails is at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., June 22 at Unit B, Fort Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila.
The Bellevue Idol judges had an extra difficult time choosing which contestant would emerge the winner at the Week Twelve of the contest. The search for the videoke star continues every Monday at the hotel’s 20/20 Entertainment Bar. Winners receive a bottle of wine and an overnight stay at the hotel, and a chance to win in the Grand Finals on July. Prizes amounting to P100,000 including roundtrip tickets to Boracay for two including accommodations and pocket money worth P30,000 are in store. The winner also receives a one-month contract as the Bellevue Host at 20/20 bar every Videoke Night.
