Treats that will melt the Heart

Let the celebration begin with "Duo of Duck" which is a duo of smoked Duck Magret and grilled duck breast lentil salad in old balsamic, salad panache or "Smoked Salmon Salad," a roulade of smoked salmon stuffed with horseradish mousse, red cherry tomato and Arugula salad.
In between kisses and heart melting gazes, take pleasure from "Double Beef Consomme" with bone marrow and celery-carrot sticks.
