PAREF spearheads first online International Family Conference
MANILA — 2020 is a year we will never forget because it has been challenging to all of us yet we continue to be deeply grateful for the gift of life, faith, family, and friends.
As a gateway to celebrating the 500 years of Christianity in our beloved land, PAREF Southcrest School, Inc. invites everyone to the first PAREF international family conference: Jesus-Centered Life this December 5 to 8, Saturday to Tuesday.
Families, teachers, and students from all around the world will share their insights, stories, and experiences of living lives centered on Christ.
The 4-day event aims to heed the call of the Popes of the new Millennium:
St. Pope John Paul II declared that the program for the new millennium, and for all time, “has its center in Christ himself, who is to be known, loved and imitated.”
Pope Benedict XVI wrote three books about Jesus and explained why: “Everything depends on intimate friendship with Jesus.”
Pope Francis opened his pontificate with these words: “All together, pastors and faithful, we will make an effort to respond faithfully to the eternal mission: to lead humanity to an encounter with Jesus Christ.”
