Filipino-German wins PH’s 1st Man of the World title

MANILA, Philippines — Filipino-German Oliver Eugen Kretz bested 27 other candidates to win the Philippines’ first Man of the World title on Saturday night, June 6.
Kretz won the pageant’s eighth edition held in Palacio de Maynila. He succeeded Spain’s Juul Missiaen.
Apart from the title, he also won special awards, namely, Best in Swimwear, Best in Beachwear and Media’s Choice.
His runners-up are Abel Adrian Diaz of Ecuador (1st runner-up), Fidel Arellano of Chile (2nd runner-up), Luis Arturo Jauregui of Mexico (3rd runner-up) and Afiq Naufal of Malaysia (4th runner-up).
