PH sends off rep to Mister Worldwide tour in London
MANILA, Philippines — Mister Worldwide Pilipinas 2026 Jason Romeo Lopez will join his country partner Nicole Borromeo in the Mr. and Miss Worldwide launch scheduled in London next week.
“The final rehearsals will run for two weeks. While it is a musical, delegates are not required to sing and/or dance. But it’s an advantage if they do. The pageant production, which will be called ‘Magical’ will have both male and female delegates competing together with the other international delegates.
“This pageant will allow us to bring Filipino culture overseas. We will show London how talented Pinoys are and easy to work with. We will be there for a week during the tour and will hopefully meet a musical’s cast, undergo a workshop, and watch a production in West End.
“Seeing the production of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' shipped in six crates and put up together for the production daily was mind-boggling!” shared Jayson during the send-off at the Empire Studios in Pasig City last July 14.
Mister Worldwide International is more than the representation of nationality in a pageant setting. It is a heritage and cultural event to celebrate the differences that make us one.
