Come on, admit it. Everyone wants to be sexy. OK, so not everyone is blessed with a drop-dead figure but that doesn’t mean you cannot feel sexy. You only need to bring together the body-mind-spirit unity into your thoughts and daily actions. The body follows the mind which is inspired by the spirit. And the secret of this whole game is learning how to use PURE ENERGY. We are all born with an abundance of energy that comes by various Eastern names like Chi, Prana or Jing. The West calls it "thought power." This energy is actually the creative, regenerative life force that surrounds us which we expend the moment we are born until the moment of our last breath. When we think, we create a reality. When we consciously will something, we get what we desire with our thoughts. This is a universal principle of conscious creativity that can be used for daily living. So by wanting to be sexy, your energy will recreate a sexier you because you desire it. And your body will begin to expand this energy force to tell the world that you are attractive and desirable.
In the body, there are secret and unseen points or energy centers called chakras. There are seven major chakra points in the body (five along the spine and two on the head). Each chakra vibrates at its own rate and functions for specific needs of the body. The first chakra or the root chakra is located at the base of the spine and the area of the genitals.
