Phl Boxers nalagasan

Fergus E. Josue Jr. - Pang-masa

“Iyong 81 (kgs) natin si John Marvin, ‘yung Fil-British, unfortunately will not make it to the Asia-Oceania qualifiers, if you will recall nung SEA Games first fight niya he lost it by 3-2 split decision,” sabi ni Association of Boxing Alliances of the Philippines secretary-general Ed Picson.  “Actually first round pa lang na-injured na ‘yung kamay niya and it was found out na may fracture and up to now he’s still wearing a cast.”

“We are hoping that he will be considered sa world (qualifiers) pero ‘yung nakita kong guidelines that only those who lost in the continentals will be qualified for the world qualifiers,” dagdag ni Picson. “I don’t know, we will seek clarification from the Task Force.”
