Erich at Victor, may kanya-kanyang restaurant na!

Marami sa ating showbiz personalities are turning restaurant owners. And guess Salve A., who among them is the latest to put up his own eatery sa may Timog Avenue sa Quezon City?

Once upon a time action star Victor Neri, who has always loved to cook, he revealed, for as long as he can remember.

Thus, noong mag-retire siya sa showbiz for what reason he’d rather not divulge, Victor said, he left for Bangkok, Thailand and enrolled in a culinary school there.

Armed with a diploma from a culinary school, nagpunta naman si Victor sa Hong Kong to try his luck there. This time as a chef.

He came home late last year at sinubukan uling mag-showbiz. He is pretty contented, sabi niya, kahit ’di na gaanong malalaki at challenging ang role na naa-assign sa kanya.

“Sa aking pagbabalik, na-realize ko na somehow, na-miss ko ang showbiz,” sabi ni Victor sa kanyang minsang pakikipag-usap sa ilang entertainment press. “Although, I must admit, too, na ’di na ito of course, ang aking priority.”

The new restaurant he owns in Timog is called Sauté, a name most familiar, lalo na sa cooking lovers.

Married na nga rin pala si Victor, who also describes himself as a happy husband and dad.

Owner na pala of not just one, but two restaurants si Erich Gonzales kung saan kasosyo niya ang kanyang boyfriend. Yes, the guy who is allegedly the nephew of business magnate Henry Sy.

Mr. Sy owns, among others, the string of SM Malls all over the country.

In any case, Erich’s restaurant naman is called The Breakfast Club, as the food daw it serves for breakfast are to die for.

The first Breakfast Club ay located sa may Sto. Domingo Church, while its new branch ay nasa Kapitolyo naman.

Both restaurants are directly managed by Erich’s businessman-boyfriend.

Erich lalong kinaiinisan ng marami

Speaking of Erich, currently hate siya ng mga sumusubaybay ng kanyang bagong series on ABS-CBN, Two Wives, where she is co-starred with Kaye Abad, Patrick Garcia, Daniel Matsunaga, Alex Medina and Jason Abalos. In a special role naman si Rayver Cruz.

When dati kasi she was a submissive second wife to Jason, in the current episodes of the series, palaban na siya, since natuklasan na finally ni Jason na ang tunay talaga niyang mahal ay ang first wife na si Kaye.

And how she performs her role ay masasabing pang-award. As Erich said, “Feel na feel ko kasi na ako si Janine, na naging mabait na asawa kay Victor (Jason). Na tinanggap siya, kung ano at sino siya.

“At nagpabuntis pa mandin si Janine sa kanya.

“Hindi ba ang sakit noon?” pahayag pa ni Erich.

In fairness, tuwing pinanonood daw ni Erich ang Two Wives, hindi lang ang kanyang sarili ang kanyang hinahangaan kundi maging sina Kaye at Jason din.

“Pati na sina Patrick at Rayver.”

Swak na swak daw sila bilang co-stars sa Two Wives.

Right now, wala raw ideya si Erich how the series will end. Which she clears, ayaw din niyang malaman.

As it is daw kasi, each episode keeps all of them in suspense. At hindi nga ba ito ang maganda sa sinusubaybayan mong series?
