"This is the first time that we will be staging a national championship in beach football with regional qualifiers and the Rexona national beach football series has certainly helped promote the sport and expanded the base of participants. Next year, we plan to include a womens division in the finals," ani Mike Athab, chairman of BFAP, na ang programa ay suportado din ng San Miguel Super Dry, Viva Mineral Water, host venue SBMA, Pearl of the Pacific, Mama Sita, FHM, Computer Minds Philippines, Digitel, Subic International Hotel, and Hotel La Corona Manila.
