Erap pinuri ng Napolcom sa police-people partnership

MANILA, Philippines — Pinuri ng National Police Commission (Napolcom) si dating Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada sa epektibong  police-people partnership  simula Hunyo 2017 hanggang Hunyo 2019.

Sa ginanap na  culmination ng  24th  Police Community Relations Month kahapon, na may temang Sambayanan Mahalagang Kaakibat ng Kapulisan sa Pagtaguyod ng Mapayapa at Maunlad na Bayan, kinilala ng Napolcom  ang matagumpay na kampanya ni Estrada sa Community and Service Oriented Policing ( CSOP) system  na nagresulta sa pagbaba ng krimen sa lungsod.

“As you know, the CSOP system is being pursued by the National Police Commision and Phililippine National Police to strengthen the police-people partnership and enhance the system of coordination and cooperation among the citizenry, local executives and integrated law enforcement and public safety agencies for the effective delivery of basic services to the community. Ayon naman kay Estrada, ang tagumpay na iyon ay dahil sa  galing ng mga tauhan ng  Manila Police District (MPD)  na walang pagod sa pagtupad ng kanilang tungkulin  kaya bumaba ang krimen sa Maynila.
