MANILA, Philippines — Young actor Andres Muhlach is currently not seeing anyone, a decision he imposed on himself for the time being.

Andres appeared on the February 4 episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" as part of the talk show's third anniversary celebration.

The interview first revolved around Andres' relationship with his parents, Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales, as well as his twin sister Atasha, until Boy pivoted the conversation to Andres' love life.

The television host asked if any girls that Andres likes had to be approved by his sister. Andres answered in the affirmative, adding that it would be the case if the roles were reversed.

"I also feel like as a brother and a son, you'd want to bring home someone that would be accepted by the family," Andres added.

Boy then directly asked Andres if he had a girlfriend and the young actor answered, "Hindi pa." Aga's only son said that it was his choice not to pursue any romantic relations at this time.

"Right now with the way everything has happened, lalo na with work, parang I've been so busy these last few years," he explained.

Aga's son, though, admitted that he had courted a girl in the past but it never led to anything.

During the titular "Fast Talk" segment, one of the questions Boy threw at Andres was: "On a scale of 1 to 10, gaano ka ka-in love ngayon?"

"Like... ooh! In love with work? 10!" Andres answered, much to Boy's amusement. — Video from GMA Network's YouTube channel
