Former flame visits Home Sweetie Home

MANILA, Philippines - The relationship between the newly-married characters of John Lloyd Cruz and Toni Gonzaga on the ABS-CBN sitcom Home Sweetie Home may still be at a shaky point in their first year together, also known as the adjustment period.

Things get even more complicated when Julie’s (Toni) childhood friend John (Janus del Prado) decides to pay a visit.

When Julie and John were kids, they used to “play house” and pretended that they were wife and husband to each other. They even made a promise to each other that when they were to become older, they would get married for real.

Now the two are no longer children and yet, John seems to still harbor intentions and hopes to make past fantasies come true — but with Romeo (John Lloyd) around, their old games will have to take a different turn.
