Nikki Gil graduates with highest distinction in Interior Design
MANILA, Philippines — Former actress and singer Nikki Gil has added another achievement to her list after earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree from the SoFA Design Institute.
Nikki shared the milestone on Instagram, posting clips and photos from her graduation ceremony.
The singer-actress graduated with highest distinction and also received the Best Thesis Award.
In reflecting on her academic journey, Nikki expressed gratitude to the people who supported her, particularly her husband, Bryan, and their children, Finn and Maddie.
“Grateful to my family, friends, classmates, professors, and staff at SoFA Design Institute. And to my little unit: thank you to my dear husband @bj_albert who has always been supportive of my pursuit of this dream, and to my Finn and Maddie who grew up alongside this degree,” Nikki wrote.
“Thank you for being part of the journey.”
Nikki received her diploma onstage with her family by her side.
The milestone comes after Nikki successfully defended her thesis in July, another achievement she proudly shared with her followers.
“A little proud of this one. Proof to myself that I can still do hard things. Last time I used this part of my brain was 17 years ago lol,” she wrote at the time.
Nikki stepped away from the entertainment spotlight in recent years as she focused on her family and other personal pursuits.
