Pagbabawas ng SEAG events isinusulong

-

"There is a need to refocus our vision that would give more priority to a certain Olympic sports," wika kahapon ni Choo, vice-president ng Malay-sian Olympic Committee, sa idinaos na Chef de Mission Meet the Press sa Traders Hotel sa Roxas Boulevard. "We have to go back to the original criteria wherein just a number of sports will be included in the Southeast Asian Games."

"If we will have 40 to 45 sports events when-ever we have Southeast Asian Games, the host country will be burden with hosting such number of events. And that is not good for all us," ani Choo.

"Perhaps the South-east Asian Games Fede-ration should have a check and balance on where are going from here," sabi ni Choo.

Ang naturang Chef De Mission Meet the Press ay pinangunahan nina Philip-pine Sports Commission (PSC) chairman William ‘Butch’ Ramirez at Task Force SEA Games head Harry Angping ng softball. (Russell Cadayona)
