Nganong di man sila ganahan sa Federal System?

Misugmat na usab ang issue sa Cha-cha, kon paghimo’g kausaban sa atong Constitution. Apan sama sa unang mga paghisgot niini, ang atong mga magbabalaud midumili gayud paghisgot sa mga sugyot nga mo-shift kita ngadto sa Presidential/Federal form of government, sama sa America.

Nganong di man sila gusto sa Federal System? Hadlok sila ma-waa ang pork barrel, ug sweldo na lang unya ang ilang saligan?

Nganong mao may ilang gusto ang karon nga sistima, nga highly centralized ang panggobyerno, diin kanunay kitang gahangad ug nagpakiluoy sa Imperial Manila? Nganong ganahan man sila niini nga set up?

70% kono sa mga Pinoy ang uyon sa RH Bill. Kinsa may ilang gi-survey? Diin man sila mag-survey? Nganong waa man ko kahibawo ini? Ikaw, Dro, gilakip ka sa survey? Unsa man say ilang mga pangutana sa survey?

Tingalig nangutana lang sila kun uyon ba kita sa Responsible Parenthood? Natural, uyon gyud. Apan ang Responsible Parenthood, nga maoy gisulti ni Noynoy sa iyang SONA, dili kini mao ang RH Bill. Lahi ang “responsible parenthood,” lahi ang RH Bill.

Gani, ang “responsible parenthood” supak sa RH Bill. Ang atong Constitution nagkanayon: “The State shall defend the right of the spouses to found a family in accordance with their religious convictions and the demands of responsible parenthood.”

Responsible parenthood ba ang pagpatuyang og pakighilawas basta mogamit lang og condom aron dili makapamabdos? Responsible parenthood ba ang pag-abort sa inosenting kabataan? Responsible parenthood ba ang pagpugos (pinaagi sa balaud) pagpagamit sa mga contraceptives aron mapuo ang population?

In fairness hinoon ni Noynoy, wala gayud siya molitok sa pulong “RH Bill” sulod sa taas kaayo niyang SONA. Unsay iyang gipamulong? Ania: “We are ending the backlog in the education sector but the potential for shortages remains as our student population continues to increase. Perhaps responsible parenthood can help address this.”

 Sa iyang column sa Philippine Star, si Jose C. Sison nagkanayon: “The ‘demands of responsible parenthood’ contemplated by this particular provision (atong gikutlo sa itaas), necessarily includes the protection of ‘the life of the mother and the life of the unborn from the moment of conception’ as mandated in Article II Section 12 of the Charter.”

Klaro kaayo nga ang RH Bill nahisupak sa giingon sa Constitution nga “responsbile parenthood,” kay dugang ni Sison: “The RH Bill provides for universal access to all sorts of artificial contraceptives that have already been medically proven to cause abortion or to force couple to resort to abortion because of unwanted pregnancies.

“Clearly, the RH Bill is not about ‘responsible parenthood,’ because it provides access to artificial contraceptives that endangers the life and health of the mother and the unborn from the moment of conception and because it impairs the right of couples to found a family in accordance with their religious convictions.”

 So, kuyaw ang RH Bill, physically ug morally. Nganong ila man gyud ning ipamugos?
