BINANGGIT KO NUNG LUNES NA ILALATHALA KO ANG MGA KARAGDAGANG ULAT TUNGKOL SA PAGPATAY SA ATING PRIMYADONG AKTRES NA SI MS NIDA BLANCA.

May testigo na nagbigay ng kanyang sinumpaang salaysay, si Nilo Campaner Gonzaga, nagtratrabaho bilang security officer sa Kintanar Security and Detective Agency Services.

Testigo siya sa Nida Blanca Murder at sa kanyang sinumpaang salaysay, binanggit niya na nakita niyang nakikipagmeeting sina ROD STRUNK, ELENA DELA PAZ, DING DING TANTOCO, NOEL DELA PAZ. MERCEDITAS DELA PAZ, MIKE MARTINEZ AT PHILIP MEDEL sa tahanan ni Gen. Galileo Kintanar.

Binanggit din niya ang mga pangalan nila CHERRY COBBARUBIAS at GINA PAREÑO na ipinakilala kay Dodong Polinar bilang isang hired killer nung magkasama sila ni Gen Kintanar nung mga panahong yun.

Nagkaroon ng hearing sa Department of Justice kahapon at nais kong ilathala ng buo ang dalawang Sinumpaang Salaysay nitong si Nilo Gonzaga para inyong mabasa dahil na rin sa dami ng nagtatanong kung ano na ang nangyari sa kaso ng pagkapatay kay Nida Blanca.

01. QUESTION: We are conducting an investigation regarding the death of Ms. DOROTHY JONES most popularly known as NIDA BLANCA who was found inside her car at the parking area 6th Flr. Of Atlanta Centre Annapolis St., San Juan, Metro Manila. After we inform you of all your rights under the law, are you willing to give a free and voluntary statement and will tell the truth, the whole truth in this investigation?

ANSWER:Yes Sir.

02. Q: Will you please state again your name, age, address and other personal circumstances?

A: I am LEONILO "NILO" CAMPANER GONZAGA, 39 years old, married presently residing at 146 Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City. Working as a Security Officer at KINTANAR Detective Security Agency Services (KINDSAS) with office address at 146 Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City where ROLLY KINTANAR is the president.

03. Q: Can you tell why are you here today at the office of the National Capital Region (NCR) of the NBI?

A: Yes sir. I want to give my sworn statement regarding the death of NIDA BLANCA.

04. Q: What do you know about this?

A).On November 10, 2001, PHILIP MEDEL asked for my help. He told me to help him regarding his problem, I asked him about his problem and he answered that he wants to surrender because he killed somebody.

05. Q: Did you asked him who is the person he killed?

A: Yes sir. He told me that he is the one who killed NIDA BLANCA. He likewise mentioned this to ROLLY KINTANAR in my presence.

06. Q: When and where did you meet PHILIP MEDEL?

A: Sometime in the month of December 2000 in the house of Ret. Col. BENNY LETRONDO at 7015 Wilson corner Facundo Streets, Washington, Makati City.

07. Q: Can you tell me how did you know and what is your relationship with PHILIP MEDEL?

A: He was introduced to me by Col. LETRONDO as a member of the group. Allegedly he is a former Angolo Mercenary who is an expert in silent killing and one who is a black belter. He used to work at ISAFP during the time of Col. PARAS. After several months, I went to the house of Gen. GALILEO KINTANAR at No. 53 Loyola Heights Subdivision, Quezon City and I came to know that he lives there and DODONG POLINAR who is a former Board Member in Bukidnon. Sometime in May 2001 I live in a warehouse which belong to Gen. KINTANAR at 9-3 Kamias Road, Quezon City because Gen. KINTANAR told me to do so in order that he can call me easily if ever he will ask me to do something. Sometime in June 2001 PHILIP MEDEL transferred to my place he lives at the other room with DODONG POLINAR. MEDEL mention to me that he is related with Gen. GALILEO KINTANAR as one of his men.

08. Q: Who is Colonel LETRONDO and what is your relationship with him?

A: He is the operation manager of Blackshield Security Agency. He is with me and with my VIP escorts and I work with him as a Security escort and sometimes driver.

09. Q: Who is General KINTANAR and what is your relationship to him?

A: He is the former ISAFP Chief. I am one of his employee at KINDSAS Security Agency as a Security Officer way back October 2001. But it’s been a long time that I knew him since I am a former agent of ISAFP.

10. Q: As companion to the same house, do you talk with PHILIP MEDEL?

A: Yes sir.

11. Q: Did you have any unusual conversation with him?

A: Yes sir. On October 22, 2001 while we are conversing, he asked me if I know a killer, because he wants to kill somebody for money. When I asked him what kind of job he answered me that he will tell me later and insisted that it is for money. On October 25, 2001 at about 1:00 P.M., came in our residence in Kamias one Maj. PATES who lives in Tacloban City and a common friend of me and MEDEL. He came while I and MEDEL are talking to each other, I heard MEDEL asked Maj. PATES "Major do you know a killer who is a waray," Maj. PATES replied "No you asked NILO if he knows someone." In the evening MEDEL asked me again if I can get a killer and I answered him none. I asked him who is the person he plans to kill but he did not answer me. On the following day we talked again and asked him who is the person he plans to kill and he answered me that it was NIDA BLANCA and even if she wont die as long as she would sustain wounds and would be frightened he will get paid by the contracting party.
