Lee Min Ho rocks airport OOTD en route to Italy

MANILA, Philippines — Korean superstar Lee Min Ho turned heads once again with his airport OOTD (outfit of the day) on his way to Milan Fashion Week.

At his Manila fan meet last October, the "Boys Over Flowers" star shared his fashion week experience: "To be honest, up to this day, I'm really not comfortable in places like that, gatherings like that where the attention is toward me or were there are a lot of celebrities around me.
