LOOK: Kim Chiu, Sarah Geronimo as Disney Princesses

MANILA, Philippines - From ABS-CBN stars to Disney Princesses.

Disney Channel Asia has officially released photos of Kim Chiu and Sarah Geronimo as Disney Princesses on their Facebook account on Monday.

Kim is Mulan from the 1998 animated Disney movie of the same name while Sarah is Rapunzel from the 2010 animated movie Tangled in this set of photos that shows 12 Southeast Asian artists portraying various Disney Princesses.

Kim has been hinting about playing Mulan since last year on her Instagram account.

Meanwhile, Disney Channel Asia recently released the music video of Sarah’s rendition of “Tangled” theme song ‘The Glow” with three other Southeast Asian singers.

“Just the mere mention of Disney, it’s (like) wow, is this for real? But maybe because they (her management Viva) didn’t want to overwhelm me, they didn’t hype it up (initially). It was only a few days before I was to record it, that I was told what to do," Sarah said in an interview with the STAR last December.

She added: "Then we recorded it and it went well. Naging maayos naman yung shoot ng music video then when I saw the video, nung nakalatag na ang boses ko, it was when it hit me, like wow, is it really me singing? Ang sarap! It’s a dream come true.”
