Live Pure Movement holds annual confab
MANILA, Philippines - The Live Pure Movement is a Catholic pro-life youth movement committed to lead teenagers and young professionals to a life of real freedom, total happiness and true love by teaching the virtue of chastity. Since 2011, it has reached more than 130,000 young people from various universities, dioceses and affiliations by way of the Live Pure forums.
Today, the movement continues to grow in number as more organizations, dioceses and schools see it important to champion the advocacy of purity and chastity for the youth.
Last July 13, the Live Pure Movement held its annual Live Pure Conference titled #LoveProject at the SMX Convention Center. For its third year, more than 6,000 teens and young professionals graced the event. The conference featured talks and workshops on love and testimonies from invited personalities and celebrities.
The event was endorsed by the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), headed by its president, Most Rev. Socrates Villegas, DD.
