Miss Maggie and Vic in ‘true image of life’

In 1967, Miss Maggie de la Riva and Vic Vargas co-starred in a heavy drama with a positive message, Ang Langit ay Para sa Lahat.

‘Once in a decade can the screen reveal the true image of life,’ the film was hyped.

The message was especially apt for Miss Maggie who, in the mid-’60s, underwent a traumatic experience, but emerged from it a stronger person, surrounded and supported by people who truly loved and cared for her.

Miss Maggie appears on television every now and then. Vic died years back. — RKC
