Gerald wants his burger steak 'affordelicious'

MANILA, Philippines - When Gerald Anderson is hooked on a favorite, he wants to enjoy it as frequently as he can. Being the wise spender that he is, Gerald even loves it more when he gets to enjoy it more often because it comes at an affordable price.

That’s why during the recent All Under P50 Bazaar special media event held at the Jollibee Megamall, Gerald was more than happy to share the good news about his favorite Jollibee Burger Steak, which is now easier on the pocket. Jollibee Burger Steak lovers like Gerald can now enjoy their favorite rice meal more often for only P39 (one-piece solo) from original price of P43, and the value meal (one-piece with regular drink) for just P49 from original price of P59.

During the event, media guests — armed with specially labeled play monies — had a fun time shopping for assorted items at the bazaar, ranging from trendy fashion finds to useful school and office essentials all priced under P50. To top it all, they were also treated to their favorite Burger Steak rice meal soon after Gerald himself excitedly announced the price rollback of his fave treat, now “Always Affordelicious.” One lucky member of the media also took home Gerald’s favorite signature jacket that he used in the new Jollibee Burger Steak commercial and Jollibee Gift Certificates. Other guests also won Jollibee GCs.

“I’m excited to be back as an endorser of Jollibee, especially since it’s for my favorite Burger Steak. What’s even better is that my favorite rice meal is now more affordable, so people like me who love the Burger Steak can enjoy this filling and delicious rice meal again and again. I hope the media guests had a great time looking for value-for-money deals at the Bazaar,” said Gerald. He was previously the brand endorser for the Jolly Hotdogs.

“Jollibee Burger Steak has become a favorite rice meal among Pinoys. We are letting them enjoy this satisfying meal more often through the price rollback. We are happy to have Gerald Anderson, a value-seeker himself, to be back into the Jollibee family,” said Jollibee VP for marketing Albert Cuadrante.

The one-piece Burger Steak is now part of the Jollibee 39ers line along with the five-piece Shanghai Rolls and Beef with Mushroom.
