Big Thing exposes dark side of politics

MANILA, Philippines - GMA 7’s Big Thing exposes the dark side of politics as the story of inexperienced public servant, Maureen Seo (Ko Hyun Jung, photo), progresses.

After winning a post in the South Korean congress last week, Maureen faces opposition from colleagues as she resolves not to bend to the dictates of her political party. Victor Kang (Cha In Pyo), one of the people who helped in her campaigns, now sees her as an enemy. How long can Maureen stand by her own principles?

Meanwhile, Edward Ha’s (Kwon Sang Woo) credibility as a prosecutor is endangered when his witness against a corrupt congressman suddenly disproves the evidences he gathered. Can he find a way to recover from this unexpected turn of events?
