Chef Jyn's Mediterranean Chicken by special delivery

Manila, Philippines - I just had a mouth-watering taste of chef Jyn Monteverde’s Mediterranean Chicken and I’m craving for more of it. Roasted with a special blend of herbs and spices, the chicken is served with yellow fragrant rice, homemade tortillas and cilantro-tomato salsa. ‘It’s one of my best-selling items,’ chef Jyn, wife of Goldwyn Monteverde, told Funfare. I’m sure Jyn’s mother-in-law, Regal Matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde, loves it, too. Jyn took up Culinary Arts at CACS (Center for Asian Culinary Studies) under chef Gene Gonzales.
