Minute to Win party challenges

MANILA, Philippines - With 60 seconds on the clock and a million dollars on the line, can the contestants do it? They have to win 10 challenges using everyday household items racing against the clock. Sixty seconds. They’ve only got a ­­­­ Minute to Win It.

With TV chef and personality Guy Fieri hosting SolarTV’s newest game show Minute To Win It, ordinary people are featured competing in 60-second challenges with household objects for a shot at the prize. The games look simple, but don’t be fooled. Every challenge requires lots of nerves and smarts. 

Minute to Win It airs every Monday game night at 7 p.m. on SolarTV. With primetime weekend telecast every Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

Here are two of the latest Minute to Win It-inspired party challenges. Try it at home with your family and friends.

People the world over are holding their own Minute To Win It parties. Each challenge uses everyday objects, making it easy for you and your friends to bring the fun into your own homes. It’s a new kind of gaming revolution.

Extreme Hanky Panky, using a designated hand for each box, remove all tissues from two tissue boxes. Materials: two tissue boxes (160 count).

Instructions:

- When the clock starts, player may grab the first tissue from each box.

- Player must use the same hand to pull the tissues from the respective boxes for the entire game.

- Player’s fingers may not enter the box.

- To complete the game, player must pull the final tissue from both boxes within the 60-second time limit.

Show Fly Shoe: Toss a show onto a table using only your foot.

Materials: 12 shoes and a table

Instructions:

- Set up each pair of shoes 9’ from the table.

- When the clock starts, player may insert foot into the first shoe and attempt to toss it onto the table.

- Player may not move closer to the table or use hands at any time.

- Credit will be given for a shoe hanging partly off the table, as long as it stays on the table for three seconds.

- To complete the game, contestant must use a foot to successfully toss and land one shoe on the table where it must rest for three seconds within the 60-second time limit.
