Le Soufflé salutes a valedictorian
MANILA, Philippines - Le Souffle at the Rockwell Club recently honored Francis ‘Rigo’ Gomez with a dinner consisting of culinary delights especially created for him by Chef Jessie Sincioco.
The dinner which included the chef’s famous salad a la Joe Marie Chan which consist of heart of palm with alugbati in tamarind vinaigrette, pan-fried golden dory fillet with lemon star, among others, impressed the honoree and gave him ‘a new experience I will always remember.’
The 13-year-old young achiever graduated valedictorian and earned five gold, two silver and a bronze model for excellence in various fields, including elocution, from the Prince and Princess School in Pasig City.
