VIPs shop at Greenhills

-

MANILA, Philippines - Moro pearl shop is one reason prominent personalities visit Greenhills Shopping Complex in San Juan City. The shop has become a paradise for pearl shoppers.

Greenhills has rows and rows of items displayed at the bazaar area. Any shopper with just a few hundred pesos is welcome.

The Greenhills pearl market has been written about in posh fashion magazines like Vogue as the place to buy pearls. Former First Lady Imelda Marcos was spotted there. US Ambassador Kristie Kenney was recently here together with friends and relatives.

The ongoing 16th National Furniture, Furnishing and Fashion Festival is attracting not only ordinary bargain hunters and shoppers but also VIPs.

Albert Castro, working for Prime Asia Trade Planners & Convention Organizers (PATEPCO), organizer of the 24-day trade fair, says prominent people shop at Greenhills because other shoppers and sales personnel consider them ordinary people.

Tourists and foreigners are seen in Greenhills because of its world-class products and goods like furniture and tropical fruits. Greenhills is also one of the business establishments working in making the country an ideal shopping destination. The Wow Greenhills program is designed to attract tourists and foreign guests to shop and visit Greenhills.

Showcased are antique and modern furniture and furnishing, precious and semi-precious jewelry, loose gemstones and pearls, ready-to-wear garments, regional sweets and delicacies, leather goods, porcelains, jars, and potteries, sporting goods, arts and crafts, collectibles and others.
