Mocha in Ang Sumpa

Mocha has another surprise for its followers this month. Aside from the release of the second album Deliciosa, members Mocha, Hershey, Grace and Bez appear in a sexy-horror flick with Joross Gamboa and Mark Gil. Ang Sumpa is an indie film produced by Yellow Media. It’s the group’s first movie and the girls had a great time doing their scenes.

“It was fun, creative and something I got to do that I have never done before,” said Mocha. Joross, who plays one of the lead roles, also expects positive reviews after doing the movie. “I’m happy to be here and to make it work.”

“Everything has to start with a good script, and we have a good script. We are excited about the project. The characters were fun to play,” said writer/director Carlos Agustin.

Ang Sumpa is about a girl (Mocha) haunting the house of her former lover (Mark). The house was given to Joross, Mark’s nephew. He then discovers that a beautiful girl was living on the same house. The mystery begins when Joross tries to discover the identity of the girl who also captured his heart. Little did he know that she is already dead.
