MANILA, Philippines - Parties and gatherings will be everywhere as the holiday  season is nearly here,  and now is the right time to learn how  to process meat and fish and learn making your own decorative chocolates for gifts  and for businessess as well. The Golden Treasure Skills Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish processing as well as chocolate making all   in one day. This will  be held at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on Nov. 12, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Learn how to make lechon manok, tocino, longganisa (skinless, Vigan, Lucban) bacon, Chinese sausage, embutido deluxe, chicken and pork ham, pork quekiam, fish ball, fish fillet, Spanish and tomato sardine,  squid ball, corned beef. There will  be some  bonus courses on how to debone fish, how to  make pickled vegetable preserved (achara),  how to make peanut butter and puto pao. And mainly an added course  on  how to make decorative and molded  chocolates on this course participants will learn how to make chocolate bars, chocolate roses and many more chocolates in different colors and fun shape design. Participants will also learn chocolate  packaging, what  how to use  extenders and garnishing from   peanuts, almonds, raisins, etc. Each participant will receive a certificate of training  after the seminar. Lunch and snacks will be served and all the meat, fish and chocolate raw  materials for hands-on training will be provided.
