Baking seminar set

MANILA, Philippines - Be a professional baker overnight. Discover the art and science of baking. The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on baking and bread making to be held at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, on April 9, from 10 a.m .to 6 p.m. The day-long course covers an actual demonstration and hands-on experience on how to make sansrival, chocolate fudge cake, fruit tarts, oreo cheese cake, black forest, egg pie, buko pie, chiffon cake, butter cake, mocha cake, food for the god’s, crema de fruta, blue berry cheese cake, tiramisu, spanish bread, cheese bread, empanada, pandesal with fillings (corn beef, asado, tuna etc.) Other topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials, costing and step-by-step guidelines on how to open your home-based baking business.
