Walang Pasok: Class suspensions for July 10 due to Typhoon Inday, habagat

MANILA, Philippines — Several local government units have suspended classes for Friday, July 10, as Typhoon Inday (international name: Bavi), the enhanced southwest monsoon or habagat and the effects of Kanlaon Volcano continue to affect parts of the country.

As of 5 a.m. Friday, state weather bureau PAGASA said Inday had weakened further but continues to threaten Extreme Northern Luzon, with Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 remaining in effect over parts of Batanes, Babuyan Islands and northeastern Cagayan.
