Takeover sa John Hay pinigil ng korte

MANILA, Philippines - Nagpalabas ng cease and desist order ang Baguio City court laban sa Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) kaugnay sa planong takeover nito sa mga pasilidad sa loob ng Camp John Hay.

Pinigil ni Baguio-RTC Judge Iluminada Cabato ang plano ng BCDA na takeover nito sa establishment, facilities at administrative offices ng Camp John Hay Development Corporation (CJHDevCo).

Kabilang sa nais i-takeover ng BCDA ay ang Manol Hotel, Camp John Hay Golf Club, Camp John Hay Suites hotel at ang administrative offices ng CJHDevCo gayundin ang mga key utilities at facilities sa loob ng John Hay.

Ipinalabas ng korte ang cease and desist order matapos magsampa ng reklamo ang CJHDevCo kaugnay sa planong takeover ng BCDA.
